Paying Your Bill

• Automatic Bank Payment (Checking/Savings Account):
  You can pay your monthly bill automatically from your checking or savings account. To enroll, complete the Automatic Bank Draft Authorization Form  and return it, along with a voided check, to City Hall.
• Automatic Credit/Debit Card Payment:
  You can pay your monthly bill with an automatic credit/debit card payment. To enroll online, login to your Online Utility Billing and Payment Account. From the Pay Bill tab, select “Save this card” then select “Auto Pay” when processing your online payment. Visit ubi.gworks.com/richmondmo to create your account and set up automatic card payments.

PAY YOUR BILL ONLINE
You can pay online each month with your credit/debit card. Visit ubi.gworks.com/richmondmo to create your account and pay your bill.

OTHER WAYS TO PAY
You can also pay your bill in person at City Hall Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, mail your payment to City Hall, 205 Summit St, Richmond, MO 64085 or place it in the drop-box outside.
