2025 14U & 18U Tri -County Baseball & Softball League Registration Form (11 years-18 years of age) (will be available in October)

2025 T-Ball League, Coach Pitch League, & Machine Pitch League Registration Form (4 years-10 years of age) (will be available in January)

Option A:Sign up and pay registration fee in person at the front desk of Richmond City Hall. City Hall is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

Option B:Sign up and pay online on or before the registration deadline.
Step 1-Click on the (above) form you would like to sign up for.
Step 2-Print the form off.
Step 3-Fill the form out (don’t forget we need your signature at the bottom).
Step 4-Scan the form back into your computer.
Step 5-Click here to pay online and follow instructions.
Step 6- Click here to e-mail your form to the Recreation Department (please e-mail form as an attachment). Form and fee MUST be submitted the same day.
Option C:
If you can not make it to City Hall Monday- Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, you may drop the registration form and fee off in the “After Hours Drop Box” outside of Richmond City Hall. Please do not put cash in the “After Hours Drop Box”. Form and fee must be put in an envelope. Form and fee must still be turned in on or before the registration deadline.
