The City of Richmond Parks and Recreation staff is grounded in integrity, honesty, and a desire to exceed the expectations for the people who call Richmond, Missouri home. The Parks and Recreation Departments exist because of you — the citizens of Richmond; and also because the city workers, park board, council members, volunteers, and supporters of these entities work together as a team and care for the well-being and quality of life for the people of Richmond, as well as Richmond’s neighboring communities. Our goal is to give you every opportunity to have a more enjoyable life through well maintained parks and quality recreational programs that offer a variety of FUN for individuals of all ages in a friendly, home-town atmosphere.
