Street Improvement Project

The City of Richmond’s 2026 Mill & Overlay and Street Reconstruction Project is scheduled to begin Monday, June 8. This project includes street reconstruction, mill and overlay improvements, and parking lot improvements throughout all four wards of the city. Many of the streets included in the project are areas where recent waterline replacement work has been completed.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue investing in Richmond’s infrastructure and improving our streets for residents, businesses, and visitors.
