Winner gets a FREE Season Pass to Southview Pool for the 2023 season! To submit your entry, simply, e-mail Hwilliams@cityofrichmondmo.org a picture of your carved pumpkin! Pictures must be e-mailed on or before Oct. 30. Please include your name, age, and phone number in the e-mail. Anyone can participate.
