APRIL 4, 2023 MUNICIPAL ELECTION FOR CITY COUNCIL
The City of Richmond will hold its regular Municipal Election on Tuesday, April 4th, 2023 to select four Councilmembers – one from each ward, and Mayor.
The filing period for the April 4th, 2023 election has closed. Below are the candidates for each Ward and Mayor as they will appear on the ballot:

Ward 2 - Deanna Guy
Ward 3 - Adam Booth
Ward 4 - Rob Kinnard
APRIL 4, 2023 MUNICIPAL ELECTION FOR MARIJUANA SALES TAX
The Richmond City Council voted to approve an ordinance to hold an election on April 4th, 2023, on an additional 3% sales tax on recreational marijuana, as permitted by the recent voter approved Missouri Constitutional Amendment 3.

“Shall the City of Richmond, Missouri, impose an additional sales tax: of three percent (3%) on the retail sale of adult non-medicinal marijauana?”
