We are currently accepting applications for a Patrol Officer position. Applicants must possess a high school diploma, college level is preferred. June 6, 2017 – WASTEWATER PLANT OPERATOR: The City of Richmond, MO is accepting applications for the position of Wastewater Plant Operator. Preference will be given to individuals with a wastewater “D” license or higher.  Applicants with the ability to attain a license will be given consideration.  Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma, valid Missouri driver’s license, possess mechanical ability, i.e., ability to make minor adjustments and repairs to operating equipment, computer skills including Excel, and available to work weekends as needed. Must be able to perform and understand all lab tests required for wastewater plant operations.
