City of Richmond and VF Anderson complete waterline installation and reconstruction of Ridgeway Drive.
The project consist of removing and replacing portions of Ridgeway Drive and Northview Street, installing new curb and gutter, installing a new water main, installing a curb inlet and storm sewer line, and all other associated work. This was done in an effort for getting water from the curb sides on both sides of Ridgeway Drive where there is frequently standing water for days, for even weeks, after heavy rainfall.
