Soon Harvest Hills Villa will welcome you at the north entrance to Richmond, as construction is quickly progressing on 48 unit housing units for people who are 55 and older. Each unit will have two bedrooms, one bath, garage and access to the community area. This development is income restricted and is helped by a partial tax abatement by the city. Another housing option in our community is now available which allows people to stay in their home community when they decide to lessen the responsibility of home ownership. Hamilton Builders, the developer, also built another popular housing option in Richmond, Smith Manor, in the south part of town. A growing list of amenities for retiree living also includes Oak Pointe Assisted Living, Shirkey Nursing and Rehab Center, and many other apartments and affordable homes, as well as great access to medical, recreational, arts, and social opportunities. Thanks for MAKING IT RICHMOND!
