Establishing Water Service
A utility deposit, along with a completed Utility Deposit Form for new customers or a completed Utility Service Transfer form for customers moving within the service area, is required on every utility account in order to establish water service. Please bring your driver’s license and a copy of documents showing ownership or rental of the property. ALL outstanding utility bills and taxes must be paid prior to receiving water services. Utility deposit amounts are as follows:

Own: ($100 deposit) – Deed or title work required for proof of ownership
Rent/Lease/Contract for Deed: ($150 deposit) – Rental or lease agreement required (agreement must include primary utility account holder’s name)
