At the January 11th City Council meeting, the new Comprehensive Plan for the City of Richmond was formally adopted. The intent of the “Comp Plan” is to create a community-wide vision that resonates with the public. The plan will be a tool for city staff, elected leaders, and community members to reference as new development and infrastructure projects are proposed.
