Soon Harvest Hills Villa will welcome you at the north entrance to Richmond, as construction is quickly progressing on 48 unit housing units for people who are 55 and older. Each unit will have two bedrooms, one bath, garage and access to the community area. This development is income restricted and is helped by a partial tax abatement by the city.
